PUBLIC LIBRARY ASSOCIATION

COLLABORATION WITH KARI CHAPIN

THE PROJECT

Acclaimed author and creative Kari Chapin and I were approached to partner with the Public Library Association to create their supplemental materials for the annual 2016 conference. Kari developed a series of brainstorming exercises to encourage over 5,000 attendees to make the most of the conference and implement some new personal habits. I created the visual language and style of the notebook, printed at Scoutbooks in Portland.

THE FINAL BOOKLET

The Public Library Association was elated with the final product. Attendees of the conference made the most of the conference with the colorful guided exercises. The booklet was noted the most creative conference material the PLA had used to date. This was an incredibly fun project to work through.
